Kerianne Kreger

From the age of eight until twenty-two Kerianne played volleyball, including NCAA Division 1 at CSU Bakersfield, and spent about ten years in a therapy-fitness gym learning not only how the body changes and transforms from strength, speed, agility, plyometric and skill training, but also how to treat and prevent injuries. For a year she worked as their volleyball coordinator preparing personal fitness programs.

Post volleyball career and Business Management degree, Kerianne spent two years working in Costa Mesa, with every intention of going back to school and learn more about the one thing that interests her greatly, the body. After completing the Cloud Nine 500 hour R.Y.T. in Huntington Beach, Ca. she has gone on to complete the first of three years of training through the California College of Ayurveda and is currently an Ayurvedic Health Educator (A.H.E.) Her aim through Yoga and Ayurveda is to help her students find their balance.

Kerianne’s second love is traveling. She is currently using her 500 RYT as well as her BSA (British Surf Association) Level 2 certificate and  RLSS Life Guard certification in Nosara, Costa Rica, teaching yoga at the Yoga House and surf and yoga at the boutique surf resort, Surf Simply. She continues to travel around the world for her own enjoyment as well as to sharing adventures through Yoga Retreats and Workshops.
