Bliss. Peace. Inspiration. This “All Levels” yoga class is meant to put you on cloud nine. IN three Sessions, Erika Faith lovingly guides you through a meditation in classical yoga postures and breathing exercises. Session 1 focuses on basic breathing techniques and gentle seated poses to bring you into a state of calm and inner tranquility. Session 2 builds heat in the body through Sun Salutations (a series of yoga poses linked to the breath) and standing postures. Session 3 specializes in bringing you into deep relaxation through forward bends, inversions and a final guided retreat called “Savasana”.
