I’ve been practicing Hatha yoga regularly since 1998, and enjoy leading my co-workers in gentle yoga stretches and flows for their restoration after long hours on the computer. Also I’ve completed teacher training at Cloud Nine, and am focusing on gentle, beginning, therapeutic, chair supported, and prenatal yoga..

My focus is on practicing mindfully, while integrating breath with movement in gentle, flowing, meditative poses. This invites students to focus within, listening & responding to their body’s wisdom for safe and optimum results. Practicing regularly in this way can be beneficial to everyone’s, body, spirit & state of mind.

I’m passionate about teaching and sharing yoga with others. My intention is to partner with my students of all ages & conditions, so we can all be fully engaged in living active, flexible and vibrant lives.
