E-RYT 500, Ayurveda Practitioner
On her journey to learn the yogic principles, Sophie discovered that Ayurveda emphasizes the connection with Mother Earth, whereas Yoga emphasizes the connection with the Divine. From this realization, she included both practices into her life to optimize health and wellbeing.
She turned toward Vedic healing to combine Ayurveda with her teaching of Yoga. Through this process, she learned how to adjust Yoga according to each person’s needs.
She customizes her classes regarding the students’s needs, the weather, and the time of the day. The practice becomes a self-exploration and an understanding on the environment. In her class you will practice poses (asanas), breathing exercices (pranayama) and relaxation.
Sophie is enthusiastic, optimistic and fun.
