Alisha has long been interested in health and fitness and views yoga as the perfect form of exercise, providing not only flexibility, but also strength and cardiovascular fitness. Initially drawn to the practice because of these physical benefits, she has come to appreciate yoga as a more holistic path towards health. Alisha received her 500-hour teaching certificate from Cloud Nine Yoga and her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton. She also completed the Yogaworks Kids Yoga Teacher Training program. She shares her passion for yoga with both kids and adults, always striving to keep her Vinyasa flow classes creative and diverse. Her style is energetic and athletic, although balanced with deep stretching and meditation. Alisha wishes to guide her students through a well-rounded practice, showing them how yoga ultimately reconnects us to our truest, most peaceful, and most blissful selves.
