Jen has taught yoga since 2008 and has gone through her 200, 500, and 200-ERYT through Cloud Nine Yoga. She has taught in fitness centers, yoga studios, corporate spaces, and has held private sessions throughout her career. With a strong background in mindfulness and acceptance, Jen appreciates the alignment of the heart and spirit with the physical body. She combines a gentle, heartfelt approach while challenging her students right where they are. Jen is also a clinical psychologist in training, finishing up her Ph.D. in clinical health psychology, and her dissertation involves conducting research in mindfulness as a treatment method for ADHD. She lives with her husband and doggy in the South Bay.
