I’m Pearl, and I love helping people slow down and observe. My yoga journey began as a way for me to heal my body and mind in a nourishing transformative way (as most of us). I quickly fell in love with yin yoga and it’s sloth-like and mindful qualities. It was a perfect alternative to the fast paced life that I was seeing slowly diminish the quality of life for myself and others. Now, it’s a tool that I use to help others see the benefits of staying a little longer than what feels comfortable, and peer over the edge of the horizon of what we are capable of on and off of the mat.
