Lindsey Meehleis is a Prenatal Yoga Teacher trained by Cloud Nine Yoga in 2007. She is also a Midwife, Birth Doula, Certified Childbirth Educator, Certified Lactation Consultant, and Mommy to her daughter Dylyn & son River. Lindsey has supported over 200+ Orange County families with the births of their babies since 2004 and taught the principles of Prenatal Yoga to Cloud Nine teacher trainees since 2009. She enjoys traveling, being with friends & family, good tea & spreading truth, love & light!
