Meghan’s yoga journey began in 2004 on a recommendation from her doctor. Hoping to pacify her migraines, she stepped on a mat and found the means to a happier, healthier, and truer self. After realizing the empowering effects of a daily practice, she decided to pursue her 200 hour certification in 2012. Meghan sees yoga as an ongoing practice to live a life filled with intention, acceptance, and beauty. Her grounding, yet playful classes provide a space for students to embrace and honor their experience, while nourishing the body and mind. She is honored to share the knowledge she continues to glean from her inspiring teachers and her passion for this dynamic journey of creating harmony with the body and breath.
