  • Attend a 200-hr Yoga Training, online, in person, or hybrid.
  • Students complete 3 Assessments for certification: Midterm, Final Exam, and Teaching Presentation
  • We assign readings, anatomy worksheets, and quizzes for homework.
  • Study at our ONLINE YOGA SCHOOL where you can receive your 200-hr Certification in about 4 months with our self-paced courses.

Option 1: We offer long-term (6 month long) 300-hr Advanced Yoga Teacher Certification in Iowa, California, and Hawaii.
